Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy

All purchases on CyberReady are non-refundable. When you complete checkout, document generation begins immediately. By proceeding with payment you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service that is delivered promptly and that no cooling-off or withdrawal right applies.

The following are expressly not grounds for a refund:

• Your insurance carrier did not accept the documents.
• A claim was not paid by your insurer.
• You are dissatisfied with the content, style, or length of the documents.
• You entered inaccurate answers during the questionnaire process.
• You chose not to use the documents after generation.

Exception: Technical Failure

If a technical failure on CyberReady's side prevents delivery of your package and we are unable to remediate the issue within a reasonable window (typically 5 business days), you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. To request a refund under this exception, contact hello@cyberready.io with your order reference.
